When you request a MIPS demonstration through our website, AEYRIX currently collects the information you enter into the demo form, which includes:

2. Demo request processing
Demo requests are submitted to AEYRIX through a server-side website form. When you submit the form, the information you provided is delivered to AEYRIX using Resend, an email delivery service.
Messages submitted through the general contact form are processed the same way and are likewise delivered to AEYRIX using Resend.
Third-party service providers such as this may process the submitted information only as necessary to provide the services that AEYRIX uses.
3. Business email requirement
The MIPS demo form may require a business email address and may reject certain consumer or free email providers. This helps AEYRIX qualify business inquiries and reduce spam or inappropriate submissions.

localStorage may persist across browser sessions, while sessionStorage generally lasts only for the current browser tab or session. Depending on the circumstances, these values may or may not be associated with other information.

Third-party services such as Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. AEYRIX also uses browser storage as described in the section above.
AEYRIX uses Cloudflare Turnstile on its website forms to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies as part of performing this verification.
A consent-management system has not yet been implemented on this website, and the website does not currently provide a preference center for managing cookies. You can manage or clear cookies and browser storage through your own browser settings, and you can opt out of certain Google Analytics collection using tools that Google provides.
8. Security
AEYRIX uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect information submitted through the website. At a high level, these include:
- Server-side processing of form submissions
- Input validation
- Spam-prevention controls, including a honeypot field
- Automated-abuse protection on website forms using Cloudflare Turnstile
- Restricted, server-side handling of service credentials
- Encrypted transport using HTTPS
AEYRIX uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help confirm that form submissions come from legitimate visitors rather than automated systems. To provide this service, Cloudflare may process technical information from your browser that is necessary to perform the verification.
AEYRIX also applies rate limiting to help protect its website forms from automated or excessive submissions. To do this, the system may briefly process your network address to generate a keyed, pseudonymous identifier that is used solely for abuse prevention. The rate-limiting store does not retain your raw network address.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and AEYRIX cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention
AEYRIX retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain appropriate business records, and where required or permitted by applicable law.
Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required.
10. Sharing of information
AEYRIX may share information with service providers that support website operation, analytics, communications and related business functions. Service providers currently relevant to this website include:

- Resend
- Cloudflare (Turnstile bot-protection for website forms)
AEYRIX does not sell personal information collected through the MIPS demo form.
